Handling Appointment Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Last updated Monday 3rd October 2022.

Our goal is to provide high quality care to people in a timely manner. By booking a consultation at Menopause Clinic WSM you have secured time to discuss your menopause health concerns in detail and receive personalised advice.

However, we understand that for many reasons, it’s sometimes necessary to cancel or rebook your appointment and we are happy to assist you in this. Cancellations can be made by emailing . If you wish to rebook your appointment, please indicate this on the cancellation email or by contacting our team once you have alternative dates and we will be able to see what appointments are available.

If you know in advance that you will be unable to attend your appointment, please give as much notice as possible so that this appointment can be made available to provide support to someone else. Unfortunately, if appointments are rearranged or cancelled at short notice, or you fail to attend your appointment, this time is lost to other people. Kindly give at least 2 working days’ notice to avoid this loss of appointment availability.

Cancellations that occur with over 2 working days’ notice will be cancelled or rebooked without penalty or administration fees. However, cancellations made with less than 2 working days’ notice will incur a 100% cancellation levy.

Please note that it can take 5-10 working days for your bank to process a refund.
