The principal aim of menopause care is to provide people with unbiased information, detailed assessment, advice, guidance, and treatment which improve quality of life and promotes health into the post reproductive years. Sharon has specialised in menopause health for several years and appreciate many people want time to explore all their options which can include hormone replacement therapy and life style changes in an unhurried, non-judgemental, holistic, and tailored approach.

Initial Consultation
£175
This can be booked as either an in-person appointment or virtual appointment.
During this appointment we will review your menopause symptom questionnaire and health history.
The consultation will be shaped around your needs to ensure time is taken to understand your menopause experience and how we can best help you moving forward with a tailored approach using evidenced based practice.
We will summarise your consultation in a letter which we hope you will use as your personalised ‘step-by-step’ manual over the following weeks.
We would request that a summary of your consultation can be sent confidentially to your NHS GP so that they can be fully informed of any new medications you are using.
All correspondence will come via our secure online record system and will require you to input a security code to access your correspondence.
Review Consultation
£135
This is a time to look at what is working well, what continues to be problematic for you and how you would like to progress. We will revisit the hormone replacement therapy you are currently using, what lifestyle changes have been implemented and consider any amendments to your bespoke healthcare package. We would again request that a summary of your consultation can be sent confidentially to yourself and your NHS GP so that they can be fully informed of any changes made to your HRT medications.
All correspondence will come via our secure online record system and will require you to input a security code to access your correspondence.
Telephone Consultation
£50
This 10 minute telephone discussion can only be offered to people who have already had an initial or review consultation within the last 12 months and wish to discuss something about their menopause care which they feel cannot wait until their next planned review.
For any emergency care and advice please contact your GP or out of hours services if you feel that you need this.
