Health & Well-being
We offer bespoke in-person and virtual employee and community menopause talks, events and training

If you are considering a community or an employee well-being event focusing on menopause or reproductive health Sharon offers bespoke in person and virtual sessions for community and corporate organisations. We have recently developed a 6-week menopause programme which would suit a Healthy Work Place programme to support employees who are interested in having a better understanding of the physical, psychosocial and lifestyle considerations in menopause, the holistic impact this has on the individual and includes a practical approach to supporting people using evidence based information to empower and improve long term health. We can additionally run masterclass events for selected areas. Get in touch for further information and pricing.
